Radplane™ Rapid Response Gas Infrared Heaters Series 170
Glenro’s gas infrared heaters produce intense, uniform infrared heat and are ideal for predrying, drying, sintering, or heating heavy loads. They can develop surface temperatures to 1600°F, with up to 56,000 BTU per square foot of radiant surface. If you need high energy input in short dwell times and tight spaces, Glenro gas infrared heaters are a proven solution™. When turned off, the heaters lose heat so rapidly your product won’t be damaged by residual heat on line stops, and our gas infrared heaters reach operating temperature in seconds on startup preventing delays — thus the name Rapid Response.

Gas Infrared Systems, Predryers, and Drying Ovens
In Glenro gas infrared ovens Radplane gas infrared heaters expose the product to high intensity, uniform infrared heat. In vertical ovens the infrared heat can be applied to both sides of the product at the same time as the fabric or web travels between the infrared heaters in a tower configuration. Glenro delivers gas infrared ovens prewired, prepiped, and ready for installation. All necessary hardware and wiring are included, making the customer’s installation process fast and easy. With closed loop feedback controls, the temperature is precisely controlled to give you consistently high quality product.

Safety is an important consideration in our gas infrared industrial ovens. Glenro gas infrared systems come complete with safety gas trains, flame safeguards, proper ventilation, and piping. Individual pilot assemblies and heater mixer assemblies — one each per heater — permit setting each infrared heater within the IR system to individual energy levels.

Glenro heaters come in many sizes and BTUs. Visit our gas infrared heaters specifications page.
