By adding an electric or gas infrared predryer ahead of your current
dryer, you can dramatically increase line speeds. Only a few feet of
infrared quickly raises the temperature of a coated or saturated web
before the product enters the main dryer to accelerate evaporation.
Infrared predrying is highly effective for helping to dry waterborne
coatings and heavy loads such as wet cotton batt webs. |
