centerline for easy access to the heater’s interior. They are built
to take the punishment of round-the-clock manufacturing operations. Heavy
aluminized steel heater cases ensure trouble-free service in even the
most rugged operating environments.
Wire heating elements inside the Split-Case Infrared Heat Tunnel deliver intense product heating. Glenro staggers the positions of the heating elements between the two case halves to make the infrared heat uniform. Embedded thermocouples provide temperature feedback for precise process control. Split-Case Infrared Heat Tunnels from Glenro are available in 7.5 inch or 15 inch heated widths, and 40 inch heated length. Voltages are 480, 240, 208 or 575, three-phase.
