If
you need a complete coating or laminating production line designed, manufactured
and installed, Glenro can handle it. Glenro engineers start by working with
you on process development to be sure your new line will operate at optimum

in-house laboratory and pilot lines, so we'll know exactly what's needed
before the design phase even begins. Glenro engineers will also evaluate
your site to determine how the line should be installed in your building,
what the best energy sources are, and how we can make the most efficient
use of available space. We take this approach whether you're upgrading an
existing line or designing an entire new facility.
Based on your process requirements, Glenro will design a line that will include whatever heat processing equipment you need, whether it's infrared, engineered air, heat recovery or fume oxidizer equipment. For line components outside Glenro's heat processing equipment, we can take primary responsibility for the project and work with other OEMs to supply coaters, laminators, web and fabric handling equipment, conveyors and whatever else you need. As with all Glenro systems, your line will be custom designed and custom manufactured to exacting tolerances, using high-grade materials for rock-solid reliability and long service life.
