an application data sheet on our web site, and then fill out another form, some
fields such as your name and address will be filled in automatically and you
will have to do less typing.
Application Data Sheets
You do not have to register to use our site. Our site, however, does give visitors
the opportunity to submit application data sheets and other forms if they want
more information from Glenro. These forms request users to give us contact information
(like their name, company, e-mail, and postal address), and other information
(like what industry they are in, and what types of applications and products
in which they are interested). Contact information from the application data
sheets is used to supply users with the information that they have requested
or to get in touch with the visitor. We often enter information from application
data sheets into our inquiry followup system.
Surveys
Our web site has an online feedback survey that asks visitors for contact information
and other information such as what applications or products in which they are
interested and how they would like Glenro to followup on their interest. Visitors
can choose to complete the survey or not to complete the survey. We use information
from the surveys to followup with users as they have requested or as necessary.
We often enter information from surveys into our inquiry followup system.
E-mail Registration
Our site offers visitors an option to register for our e-mail list. Visitors
who register will receive information about Glenro, our technologies and applications
related to their industries. We anticipate sending out e-mail to our list between
four and six times a year. If you have registered for our e-mail and then want
to opt-out you can do so by sending an e-mail to info@glenro.com
or by following the unsubscribe instructions that are in the e-mail messages
that Glenro sends to our opt-in lists. Glenro wants to send you e-mail only
if you want to receive it.
Visitor Tracking
We use WebTrends Live to conduct anonymous web traffic analysis for our site.
While WebTrends Live makes use of cookies, no personal information is ever collected
