Tapered Nozzle Design
Glenro’s tapered impingement nozzle design provides excellent directional airflow. Gap, opening and centerline spacing are all application specific.

 

 

Return Tube Nozzle Design
Incorporates a tapered nozzle design with return air tubes between the center line spacing of the nozzles. This design is particularly effective for wide product applications.

Horizontal Single Side Impingement Dryer
This dryer is designed to dry a water based silicone release coating of kraft paper. It was delivered completely factory assembled. Good things do come in small packages…

Horizontal Arched Impingement Dryer
This arched dryer, constructed of stainless steel, is designed to dry solvent-based medical adhesives. The design features internal idler rolls supporting the product and access provided by motorized screw jacks.

Horizontal Dual Impingement Dryer
Narrow two zone system designed to dry an extruded water based adhesive on multiple wire ends. The design features clamshell access and prepackaged, heating apparatus supported above the dryer enclosures.

Return Tube Nozzle Design

Horizontal Impingement Dryer
Return tube dryer design dries water based silicone finishes on wide nonwovens. This nozzle design promotes very uniform air flow for wide product applications. Access was provided with motorized screw jacks. The supply fans and heating equipment were integral to the base of the enclosure.

Mailbox Nozzle Design

Vertical Dual Impingement Dryer
This tall, vertical dual impingement dryer is designed to dry water and remove residual solvent from a microporous, polymer web. The system features mailbox nozzles, integral steam coils and supply air fans to heat and circulate the heated air.
